Shane Watson focusing on spin ahead of India tour

Australian allrounder Shane Watson is busy preparing for the India tour and says he is working specifically on tackling spin in the sub-continental conditions.
Watson scored 30 for Sutherland in his comeback game from a calf injury. He is hoping to make the most of the domestic game ahead of the four Test series in India, including a one-day game for New South Wales against Western Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).
"I've been developing a few different game plans to be able to try and combat the spin [in India]," Watson was quoted as saying.

Pakistan's tour match ends in draw

The touring Pakistanis were held to a draw when bad light brought an early end to their four-day match against a South African Invitation XI at Buffalo Park on Monday.
The Invitation XI, set 323 to win, were 190 for five in their second innings when the match was called off. Home team captain Justin Ontong made an unbeaten 51 after his side had seemed in danger of defeat when he went in to bat with his team on 101 for four.
